Terms of Service
Welcome to Olvera's Lawn Service. By booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions governing our lawn care and yard maintenance services in the Fort Worth area.
1. Service Agreements & Scheduling
- Routine mowing schedules, including weekly or bi-weekly services, operate on a recurring route basis. Specific arrival times may vary due to weather, traffic, route pacing, and other scheduling conditions.
- Clients are responsible for ensuring clear, safe access to the property on scheduled service days, including unlocked gates, removed pet waste, and cleared toys, equipment, vehicles, or other obstacles.
- If a technician cannot access the yard due to a locked gate, blocked access, or another issue caused by the customer, a trip fee may apply.
- If your routine service day falls on a major national holiday, our team may reschedule your service for the closest available operating day that week.
- Service schedules may occasionally change due to route adjustments, weather, equipment issues, or other circumstances outside of our control.
- Customers may contact Olvera's Lawn Service to request a schedule change or temporary service pause.
2. Estimate & Pricing Policy
- Estimates are based on information provided by the customer and the visible condition and size of the property at the time of the estimate.
- Final pricing may change if the actual property conditions differ significantly from the information provided during the estimate.
- Additional services or work outside the agreed scope will be communicated to the customer and, when applicable, approved before the additional work is performed.
- Recurring lawn maintenance pricing applies to the services specifically included in the customer's service agreement.
- Special projects, cleanups, landscaping work, or other services may be priced separately.
3. Overgrown & First-Time Service Policy
- Properties with significantly overgrown grass, weeds, excessive leaves, branches, debris, or other accumulated material may require an additional cleanup or overgrowth fee.
- The first service at a property may be priced differently from routine maintenance if additional labor or equipment is required to bring the property to a maintainable condition.
- Extremely overgrown, inaccessible, or unsafe properties may be declined or require a separate estimate before work begins.
- Customers will be informed of significant additional charges when reasonably possible before the additional work is performed.
4. Payment Terms
- Invoices are generated upon completion of service and are due within the agreed payment window.
- For recurring clients, automatic card billing may be required when agreed upon as part of the service arrangement.
- Late payments may result in suspension of future lawn services until the outstanding balance is settled.
- Customers remain responsible for approved services completed before cancellation or suspension.
- Any applicable fees will be communicated to the customer before being charged whenever reasonably possible.
5. Service Standards & Guarantees
- If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of your lawn maintenance service, notify us within 24 hours of service completion, and we will review the concern and, when appropriate, return to correct the issue at no additional charge.
- Olvera's Lawn Service maintains turf at standard mowing heights appropriate for common North Texas grass types. Specific height requests outside of standard practices are performed at the client's own risk.
- Lawn appearance can vary due to grass type, weather, soil conditions, irrigation, pests, disease, and other factors outside of the company's control.
- Olvera's Lawn Service reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or cancel service on any property presenting hazardous conditions, unsafe slopes, excessive debris, dangerous equipment, aggressive animals, or other conditions that could place employees or customers at risk.
